Our metal pieces are made-to-order so they are not pre-made in our warehouse -- when you order it, we make it!
Delivery Times:
Many of our items are custom made and CAN TAKE UP TO 21 BUSINESS DAYS before they can ship. Please make a note of this if you intending to purchase our products for gifts.
Customer Service Contact Information:
Product questions and order status inquiries should be sent to info@themacbethcollection.com and we will respond within 24 hours. Please include the product name and item number if you are inquiring about a product. If you are checking the status of an order, please include your name, zip code and order number if you have it handy.
Existing customers who need to reach us may call 201.662.8501. Due to the high volume of calls we receive, we cannot always answer product questions via the phone. Please contact us via e-mail with those questions.
Product Selection & Prices:
Prices on the website are subject to change at any time.
Checkout & Order Confirmation:
When you send through your order, we manually charge your credit card when we review your order. We check to see that the item is still available and that the price was correctly listed. Occasionally, due to a programming error, a product may be listed with the wrong price or with no price at all. We cannot honor incorrect orders and will immediately inform you if there is any problem with the order.
Return Policy:
Due to the custom nature of most of our products, we do not accept returns. Items can be exchanged for WEB CREDIT ONLY, but they must be sent back within 15 days of receiving the order. If product is damaged, we will be glad to return but, we must hear from you within 15 days of you receiving your order in order for us to return. Monogrammed items can not be returned and are final sale.

We based our shipping on the weight and delivery time of the package. Depending which service, you choose, the price varies. Please call us at 877.227.0401 if you have special shipping requests.

We do deliver to P.O., APO and FPO Boxes, but we cannot be held responsible for shipments to P.O., APO or FPO Boxes that have not been picked up or accepted by the customer and/or damaged at the P.O., APO or FPO Box facility.
ALASKA, HAWAII, U.S. TERRITORIES AND REMOTE RURAL DELIVERIES
Shipments go via US Post Office Priority Mail.
For Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories, add $10 to Standard delivery rates listed.
CANADIAN SHIPMENTS
Shipments go via US Post Office International Priority Mail. Due to Customs it can take up to a week or more for delivery.
Please add $15 to Standard delivery rates listed.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International deliveries will incur additional shipping charges based upon weight and Country. All items are shipped via US Post Office International Priority Mail.
Order Cancellation:
If you would like to cancel an order, we can honor the cancellation request provided that the item has not yet shipped. If you try to cancel the order, but the item has already shipped out and is on its way to you, it will be handled as a “return” and you can refer to our Return Policy section on guidelines for returning items. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us and will receive store credit.
Items that are being handmade or custom made to order can usually be canceled within 24-48 hours of order receipt. However, there will be exceptions to this if work has begun on an item before we hear from you. If you are not sure about ordering a custom, made to order item, wait until you are sure before putting your order in as we cannot always promise that the order can be canceled.
